Upon purchase of this asset-pack you receive a license for distribution and use of these textures in the following cases:

1) a game engine's native format which cannot be directly opened in Photoshop or GIMP when the textures are used directly in a video game project,

or

2) as part of a UV-mapped texture included with an original model of your own creation.
