Bug fixes, new page names; binaries are now free!

Working on new page names. Settled on a time based Hex suffix to "New Page" to keep pages unique and get rid of some funny business with list index based filenames that didn't really work properly past 9 files per notebook >_<. Still not perfect but feels better than it was.

Also fixed some bugs related to creating new files in the builds today, by using the above algorithm.

Finally, I made the binary files free with a suggested donation for now. Please give the program a try even if you can't pay for it, if you find it useful, donate later if you feel so inclined.
