Spell checking and new automated build process

I've added spell checking to the program, and adopted a new automated build process that allows me to run a single batch file that compiles the source code, runs tests, and uploads a new build to itch.io automatically.

This is really exciting for me, as I have no previously had this kind of thing (unit tests, integration tests, CI/CD, etc.) working in Delphi to any extent when I last used the language heavily.

So, hopefully there's now something interesting in the repo for some Delphi developers who stumble on this and want to add this kind of things to your project. Checkout build-and-test.bat in the SVN repo if so!
