Installer now available!

I've added an installer to the automated build script for this tool, so you can now use that to install the program instead of manually doing it from a ZIP file. To use the installer, grab the latest build release (r20 right now) and date (2023-03-11), then double click it in your Downloads folder to install the program. You can then launch it from your start menu.
